Purchase Options and Subscription Cancellation Policy

Nudora.com Inc. (“Nudora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers both one-time purchases and subscription purchases on certain products. A purchase becomes a subscription only when you affirmatively select and consent to a subscription option.

Subscription Terms

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Nudora and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed to you before checkout.

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel it. Each recurring order will be shipped according to the delivery frequency you selected.

Before you enroll, we will clearly disclose:

  • That your subscription will automatically renew until canceled

  • The price or range of prices you will be charged

  • How frequently you will be charged

  • The length of the renewal period, if applicable

  • Any minimum purchase commitment

  • Any promotional or discounted period and the price that will apply afterward

  • How to cancel the subscription

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to each recurring order as disclosed during checkout.

By submitting a subscription order, you provide your express consent to the automatic-renewal terms and authorize us to store your payment information for recurring charges.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel, Nudora will automatically process your subscription payment at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

Your subscription will renew at the then-current subscription price. If we make a material change to your subscription terms or price, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect.

Discounts or promotional pricing may apply only for the period disclosed when you enroll. After that period, your subscription may renew at the regular subscription price disclosed at checkout.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel or modify an eligible subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  1. Visit the Nudora account login page.

  2. Sign in using the email address associated with your subscription.

  3. Select the applicable subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions to modify or cancel it.

Customers who enroll online will be provided an online method to cancel without unnecessary delay. We will not require you to call to cancel a subscription purchased online.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals and charges.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must cancel before that order is processed. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped. Any return or refund request is subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Renewal and Reminder Notices

We will provide renewal reminders, promotional-expiration notices, annual subscription reminders, price-change notices, and other notices when required by applicable law.

These notices may identify:

  • The subscribed product

  • The amount and frequency of recurring charges

  • The applicable renewal date or period

  • Any upcoming price or material term change

  • Instructions for managing or canceling the subscription

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other account information current so that you can receive subscription notices.

Preorders and Try-Before-You-Buy Offers

If Nudora offers a preorder or try-before-you-buy option, the specific payment, shipment, cancellation, and return terms will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.

If a free trial or promotional subscription converts into a paid subscription, we will disclose the timing and amount of the recurring charge and provide any advance reminder required by applicable law.
