Refund Policy
At Nudora, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of both our individual customers and B2B partners. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.
RETURNS
For Individual Customers:
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, seals, and labels attached. If the item has been opened, the damaged bottle must be evident.
For B2B Customers:
If you are a B2B partner, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of goods. Products must be in new and unused condition, and unopened items must have all original packaging and labels intact. For damaged or defective items, please refer to the section below on "Defective or Damaged Products."
RETURN PROCESS
For Individual Customers:
To return an item, please email our customer service team at info@nudora.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include a note with your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address), and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
For B2B Customers:
If you are a business customer, please contact your account representative directly to initiate the return process. You may also email shipping@nudora.com to receive an RMA number. B2B returns are subject to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the B2B customer
REFUNDS
For Individual Customers:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
For B2B Customers:
Refunds for B2B transactions will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for B2B refunds to be processed. Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your business account or credit statement depending on your payment terms. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nudora.com or call (888) 202 - 7111 to arrange for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. For B2B orders, we will work with you to resolve any defective or damaged products based on the terms of our partnership agreement.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return. Please contact customer service for clarification.
International Orders (Outside the United States)
At this time, Nudora does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for international orders.
All orders shipped outside of the United States are considered final sale once processed and shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

Customs delays, holds, or inspections

Import duties, taxes, or fees

Packages refused, unclaimed, or abandoned

Shipments rejected, seized, or denied entry by customs authorities

Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for complying with all customs regulations, import laws, and requirements of the destination country.
If an international order is returned to Nudora due to customs issues or refusal, no refund will be issued.
Nudora is not responsible for international shipping outcomes once an order leaves the United States.
